Men's Morning Bible Study
“Paul: Footsteps and Imprints Of the Apostle”
Led by Pastor Mike
Thursdays • 6 to 7 a.m.
Fellowship Hall (with coffee)
He carried Christianity to the known world and wrote two- thirds of the books of the New Testament.
We are currently walking in the footprints of the apostle Paul, following his life and learning from his faith. This study is taking us through the book of Acts and great discussion over Paul’s letters. Join us any week—or every week. It’s a great opportunity to grow!
In addition to Bible Study, the men at Holy Cross occasionally take up a service project around the church, at the home of a member, or in the community. Whether it's repairing a fence, serving at Habitat for Humanity, or doing some landscaping, God's people need men ready to dig in and serve him.
Men's Network is a program of Lutheran Hour Ministries, which encourages men to participate in bringing Christ to the nations beginning right in their own families, workplaces, and neighborhoods. The website offers plenty of meat for a disciple of Christ to chew on; check it out: Men's Network.
Men in the Mountains at Shoshone Base Camp
Men in the Mountains is a weekend for men run by Lutherhaven Ministries each spring at Shoshone Base Camp along the banks of the Coeur d'Alene River and Shoshone Creek surrounded by thousands of acres of National Forest land. The weekend is packed with everything a guy could want: fly fishing, wood furniture building, chainsaw carving, downhill mountain biking, clay pigeon shooting, four wheeler riding, steak & potato eating--you name it. Most importantly, each day is rooted in a study of God's Word designed to challenge your life walking in the footsteps of the Savior as a Godly man in today's world.
